Our Story
Lindsay is the founder of Inner Purpose LLC, a thriving group practice that began as a one-room office and grew into a full-service mental health center with a team of compassionate clinicians, expanded services for children and adults, and a clear commitment to affirming, trauma-informed care.
She built Inner Purpose from the ground up—not just as a business, but as a living expression of her values: healing, equity, and community care. Lindsay knows firsthand what it takes to move from vision to reality, because she’s done it herself. Her approach is both strategic and deeply human—offering practical tools, grounded mentorship, and heart-centered guidance to help others build something that truly fits.
